Agent Trace Problem 2

Our company is running CenterVu Supervisor (v5.7).

Recently, we've encountered a problem with activating the agent trace function.

When I try to change the state of an agent trace (either turning it on or off), the system responds with "failed".

Looking through the error log, I noticed the following entry:

"Unable to execute agent activity recorder. Agent trace data is not being recorded. Call Services"

I was told that, I needed to run a bcheck on our database after going into informix directory to solve my problem.

Does anyone have instruction in how to perform this fix?
 
The agent trace can be fixed with a bcheck of the agent trace table
/opt/informix/bin/bcheck -y /cms/cmstables/ag_*.dat
wait 10 minutes and the aar process will restart.
