Agent trace by Location

I have a strange issue on CMS R15, where the dialled number an agent calls is not always showing in the agent trace by location report. Sometime it reports the whole number[11 digits] and sometimes it will report only half the number [first 5 of an 11 digit number]?
Theres only one ISDN route out from the CM 5.2 I have made a
test call from an agent and the full 11 digits are displayed on the screen but the same call reported in the trace is only showing the first 5 digits.
This led me to believe a CMS issue, or resources available but theres only two agent traces running, now I'm not sure as theres no where to set the lenght of digits recorded either..could it be CM?

Has anyone else expierenced this issue, maybe I'm looking at a bug?

Sounds like CDR privacy. Do you see both 5 & 11 digit dialed numbers for the same agent? Does the agent always sit at the same station?

On the PBX in the "System-Parameters CDR" form, you can specify the number of digits to drop for outgoing calls to provide privacy. The "Station" form needs to have the "CDR Privacy" field set to "Y" to activate the privacy for a specific station.

I don't know if it applies when agents are logged in at a station. If you see both 5 & 11 digit numbers for the same agent at the same station it is probably something else.
 
yes the agents make mainly outbound calls and the same agent will sit at the same station. A trace of his ID over 5 hours will show both 5 and 11 dialled digits these could be on consecutive calls? Its weird,
It cant be the ISDN as the full number is always seen at the station, this leads me to think the CMS is dropping the last six digits? I searched Avaya support bu theres no know issues in there insite db?
