I have a strange issue on CMS R15, where the dialled number an agent calls is not always showing in the agent trace by location report. Sometime it reports the whole number[11 digits] and sometimes it will report only half the number [first 5 of an 11 digit number]?
Theres only one ISDN route out from the CM 5.2 I have made a
test call from an agent and the full 11 digits are displayed on the screen but the same call reported in the trace is only showing the first 5 digits.
This led me to believe a CMS issue, or resources available but theres only two agent traces running, now I'm not sure as theres no where to set the lenght of digits recorded either..could it be CM?
Has anyone else expierenced this issue, maybe I'm looking at a bug?
