Agent Trace By Location

Afternoon-

What is the proper way to use Agent Trace By Location? Do I activate an agent, wait for some period of time and the pull up a report for that period of time or after activating can I then, immediately search for data?

When I put in an agent that I know worked the 21st and the 28th and look using the ATBL function I get nothing, a blank screen. When I use a custom report, written by Lucent back when, I get call records, dates, skills, etc.

Couldn't find much in AVAYA docs on how to...

Agent Trace needs to be activated by Agent ID...Your CMS system will only store the number of lines specified in the Data Storage Allocation table screen. Once the number of lines have been exceeded, the table gets overwritten, FIFO.

We have about 75 Agent traces running at all times, and can pull a report for at least 1 day for every agent on the system.
