Agent to supervisor key

When my agent pressed her ASP key to notify her supervisor to enter the call, it places the Customer on hold. Also when the supervisor tries answer the call her AAG key does nothing but she can see the call come in on her AAG key. What do I have not programmed correctly.
 
check the phoneset programming on the PBX; you give it a class of service only. Then in SCCS, you configure which key on the supervisors phoneset the agent will appear.
