Thanks for your answer. But rather then interval report I am finding for config report to get all Agents with all skillsets configured including priorities if possible.
Via the CCMA 'Configuration', 'Download' you can download CS1000(M1) Excel sheets. Retrieve the 'Users' tab to find current SK settings. Can't get it to work on MS Excel 2007, a lower Excel version should work I think..
There is a canned report available through CCMA that will give you this information; Config- Agent Skillset Properties. I think this actually combines data from 3 different tables- Agent, SkillsetByAgent, and Skillset. If you are connecting directly to the database you should be able to use the SkillsetByAgent.stat although the skillsets will appear by ID rather than name but no biggie there. Good luck.
