agent that updates data between databases

Okay, our Notes admin is away again and I need to toggle an agent that takes information from a Staff information database and updates another database.

If I examine the two databases (with view agents) there are no agents to be found that handle this sort of updates.

Where should I look where such an agent exists and how to toggle it to run on ad-hoc base?
