I have a problem.
I user ICP3300 an I want arrange Agents Shift as offer specified time , DID number Calls connect to these Agents.
for Example : if there is agent :666 in skill group related path 1 , we want from 20pm path 2 connect in addition to path 1 also with together.

Having difficulty understanding your request. Sounds like you want an agent to be in path 1 until 20 PM ( ?? 8 PM ?? ) then have the agent take calls from path 2 at that time. Not sure if this means path 2 is taking calls at the same time as path 1. Don't think there is a scheduled method of doing that. Could have the agent log out of one agent ID at 20PM and use a new login that has them in both paths ( this would screw up any agent reports ).

The beatings will continue until morale improves.
