Agent set unable to dial long distance

I have one agent set that cannot dial long distance. The agent set is configured exactly the same as all the others.

I removed the set and duplicated another set that is able to dial long distance. Still it will not dial LD.
I replaced the physical set.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a COR problem. Is there only a problme when the agent is logged in? If so, check the COR of that agent.

I was able to figure this one out. It is working now.
