Hi all,

Since a while an agent is no longer exist in our system, but i have been reported that this agent appear on login mode on AACC,is there a way that i could fix that within CS1K system ?

I just do not want to delete this agent in the AACC system in case i need it in the future , but any particular configuration such as disable the ext number or a similar will help,

please advise,

Thanks !

It might be worthwhile looking for the Agent's position ID to find the TN (Port Number) that it belongs with and to disable that TN.
Use in LD 32 DISU (TN).

The only problem is that another Agent could also be using that ID from a different set. It might be an option to check the stats to see who is using it.

Many Thanks !

Even though the system is set to use Agent login instead of Login ID_ I will check the output from this LD.
Other ideas please
Thanks !

Since you're using AACC - all agent login info is from the AACC and not on the CS1K.

You can't disable an agent login ID, you have to delete it if you don't want others to use it. Regardless of what login ID the agent is assigned. Any agent can use any login ID as long as it's available and not currently logged in.
