Agent releases call 1

Is there a report or field in the database which captures who released a call. If either the agent or the caller released the call. We are having a problem with short calls and if there is a report which reports such activity it would be a great help.

There may be something in the call by call report, I cant be certain, but it may help.

You may need to set this up first so that it is reporting on the appropriate application.

If you haven't seen a call by call report before, beware, there is a lot of data.
 
I don't think even the CBC reports on that...

You may want to consider some type of phone recording software and if a question of hang ups on the agent side of things occur, you can review what they are saying.
 
In the CBC database you can see the call being released, not who dunnit...
 
Call by Call will state "Released" when an agent hangs up
It will show "abonded " When the call hangs up before talking to agent.
