We have the following problem: Agents are receiving calls when CLT is still active. We found a Ericsson Fault Report on this and we are now wondering how we shall do to apply the fix (fault report 103373).
The fault is a known fault. If you have the patch with you and the patch is for the right revision (BC release and program unit revision)you just login and transmit the file. If everything goes okay during transmission then check if your fault is fixed. If fault is fixed then make a dump to store your changes.
