Agent Phoneset Login Required for ADD (agent banner)

I was told I could launch the Agent Desktop Display on CC6 without having to have the agent logged in on an ACD phone. I have not found this to be the case. When I try to launch the A.D.D. without an agent logged in on a phoneset, I see "Listening to data from multicast...please wait."

I have the box unchecked on the CCMA server that says "Agents phoneset login required for ADD."

Any ideas? Thanks!

You need to modify the configuration from the CCMA server. Under Start>Prgrams you should find a listing for CCMA.

When you open up configuration, you have the open of requiring (or not) that he agent be logged in.
