Agent phone not ringing from one skill

Hi Guys,

I have a strange problem and hope anyone can help me.
Situation:
System running on S8720 CM 4.0
3 sites (lets say A,B and C)
C site is a callcenter the other are office only.
Agents in site C have multiple skills assigned.
Agents are set to auto answer:acd
Calls coming in from site A and C show no trouble.
Resently they set up a VDN (using same vector as other VDN's) coming from site B.
When queued to a agent with that skill the agent will not hear his phone ringen and autoanswer is not working aswel.
All VDN's have a pre announcement with the name of that VDN.
On the VDN comming from site B they will not hear that announcement.

What have i done so far:
Deleted the huntgroup and created a new one.
Deleted the huntgroup, creat different one and than created the right one.
Creat new huntgroup and set this number in all agents skills.
Tested that site A,B and C can call the announcement and hearing that one.

And now i am stuck.

Any one experienced this before?

Regarding the whisper announcment on the VDN, does the COR of the VDN have Hear VDN of Origin Annc. set to Y?
