Agent Phone Key Recommendations

I'm currently building a 2616 for a new queue supervisor, and wanted to see if anyone has a recommended list of keys that would be useful for everyday tasks. I only have the standard ACD/ACNT/MSB/NRD keys on the set at this time. I know I'll need to add OBV, but was also looking at:

AWC
DWC (isn't this the same as AWC?)
AGT
ATW

I want to make this as fully-featured of a set as I can - any other key recommendations for an ACD supervisor would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
