Agent password

Hello, I am new to the pbx system and my provider provided the gui for this and zero knowledge! I am trying to get the que working, it is asking for the agent to login at the phone, i enter the extension of the phone and then it asks for the password, but I have no I idea what password it is looking for. I tried the user password and the voicemail password for that user, but that isn't it. Can someone help?

This should be in a separate area from extensions, generally. There should be an area on the gui to administer agents. Here you find the agent id and password. The idea being agents are dynamic and can possibly use multiple phones.
