Agent on Nortel PBX

Hi everyone


I work on Avaya pbx and one of my clients asked me few questions about some features on nortel. He is actually interessed on agent login in and login out process. Is it possible to create agent on Nortel who will log into a station when starting his shift and login out at the end of the day.
If yes I will appreciate if you can tell me how to do it.

Just to clarify, you're asking if it's possible for an agent to start his shift, log into the Nortel Call Center, and then at the end of his shift, he can log out of it?
You're not talking about having the CC automatically log him in/out, right?
If that's the case, the answer is yes, this is a normal feature of the CC.

Feature 904 logs in/out
Input the agent ID
Input the agent password
Select IN or OUT depending on status
