Agent on 3904 taking calls in Q 1

Hope the gurus can throw some enlightenment at me on this one. Pretty sure it's a phone set issue, as they are all built in Symposium and acquired. I need her to be able to login and be presented calls. 4.5 with secc 4.2.

Below, I have a group agent on a 3904 who is willing to take some calls from the main Q's when they are busy. The 3905 set is a standard agent.

What do I need to do to be able to let her take calls in the Q, 1300?

You don't need to do anything to the phones, youneed to add the skillset to the agent (in SECC).
 
The agent in question was already an agent for the main Q, she just moved positions and doesn't normally take those calls now.
She can't seem to get to where she would put in her login. Thought maybe I was missing programming on a button.

You will need to change key 4 to NRD and key 5 to MSB
 
or teach her to use her shift key to log out or go not ready.
 
LOL. Okay, before I admit to this, I need to clarify that I don't really work with the call center stuff that much. AND the girls couldn't remember this simple process either.

As easy as actually lifting the handset and hitting the Q key.

Are you kidding me?
