agent observe restrictions

Is there a way that an agent observe key can be restricted so that it can only observe certain phones?

What I want is for team managers to be able to silently observe anyone on their team and their team only.

Any help would be much appreciated,

no way restrict supv from observing someone...if you know the pos id, you can observe them
