Agent not showing in Symposium reports 1

Hi All,

I have an agent that is not showing up in Symposium, i look in the user account and the user is logged in, i can see the TN and status logged in?? I can see the agent in Nice but not in symposium. TN is accquired in Symposium also? any thoughts??

Can you be more specific?
Is it in the realtime window?

In the realtime window, by default supervisor only see all the reporting agents (the associated agents will not be displayed). You need to change the view type to either Own Agents or All Agents.
 
No not realtime, just manual reporting within Symposium 4.2? Thanks KK
 
What report do you use? Standard or User-Defined Report?

1. If the agent(s) does not show up in Standard Report, then your SCCS could be having problems.

What is the SCCS Version, Server SU, Client SU? Have you installed the latest patch/SU ?

2. If the agent(S) does not show up in User-Defined Report, then it could be your selection criteria.

Please check that the agent(s) has been included in the selection criteria before you generate the reports

 
I ran a standard SCCS Report for the month and no joy, every login ID apart from this ID. This is only a new SCCS server, is this a known fault that a patch is needed?

Have you ever deleted this ID before?
I read from other forum long time ago that if you deleted and recreated the agent, sybase won't like it. I'm not sure about this because I have not tried it myself.

Anyway, maybe it's better to create a new agent profile and assign it with the current agent id. SCCS will allow you to have 2 profile with the same name as long as the agent id is unique.

As for the Patch/Service Update(SU), there is no particular patch related to this issue. However, it's a good practice to have the Latest Patch/SU :)
