Using a 4.2 SCCS networked environment I am able to route calls as intended to idle agents in remote sites. The problem is can network agent talk time minutes be accounted for by application for calls offered by one site and answered by a remote network skillset agent? The needed data would be the same as the agent performance by application report, which reports activity for the local applications and skillsets but not for the remote site since the agent is not in the local SCCS.
