Agent logs at a differant station

You need to have a phanthom set configured with their personal DN in order to do that.
When they log in, their personal DN will be CFW to the set where they log in.
When you add the Agent in Symposium, you fill out the box with personal DN.
Remember to DCFW the phanthom to a sensible location.
With IP-phones you do not need the phanthom, you can use Virtual Office to move the telephone profile.
