IPOCC allows the agent logging in through the windows credentials.
Never tried: it's a "one shot login" (windows authentication + IPOCC login) or the agent has allways to choose the extension to use?

I'm not quite sure what you mean exactly but it works as follows:

First time on any given PC with SSO enabled the username and password field are greyed out, no extension selected.
On any successive logins after that (IPOCC UI gets started) username/password are still greyed out but the extension field is pre-populated with the extension used the last time.

So the first time an extension has to be entered manually, after that the UI "remembers" the last extension. So if the same agent is sitting on the same PC and using the same extension everytime its a "one shot login" as you said :)

Ok Alfalis, If I understand correctly the process is the following:
The agent autenthicates to windows as a windows user
then the standard UI allows to login with IPOCC username/password with no chance to choose the extension to use
On any successive windows login the IPOCC UI shows the same details but your own extension is pre-populated but you can set a different one

correct?

Not quite, the agents always have the option to select the desired extension (unless configured otherwise but that probably won't apply to your setup).
Only thing is: The first time after install the extension field is empty, after that it automatically fills in the extension used the last time.

Alfalis,

You said "unless configured otherwise".. is there a way to configure the UI to gray out the extension field ? (ofcourse, after the 1st extension input)

No, not that I know of - but there is a way to restrict which agent can use which extension.
So you could say Agent A can only use extension 100 - if he tries to login with extension 101 instead of 100 he'll get an error. Haven't had a need for this feature yet though..

Is that a setting in IPO or IPOCC ?

Neither do I, but who knows.. it is when you lease expect you that need something like this [tongue]

IPOCC:
Agent -> Authorization -> Telephone
This can of course also be managed via profiles if you so desire.
