I have an agent whose total logged in time equals 15 hours and 17 mintues on the dAgentPerformanceStat table.

I naturally assumed that maybe she left herself logged in and never logged out.

I ran the login/logout report which shows she logged in at 8 am and logged out at 4:30 pm.

I ran the agent performance report which shows her total logged in time is 15 hours and 17 minutes.

The range of dates I used is September 12 - September 13.

Does anyone know why this is? Is this a possible glitch in the system?

Thanks

Oopsie. I failed to check her stats the day before. It appears she DID leave herself logged in from 2 days prior.

Can I delete this thread?

Dont worry about it. We all make mistaked. Pleased that you updated the thread so the we dont go hunting for a solution. :)

I ran interval Application Performance rept and noticed in some days there were more calls answered than calls offered. Why should that be? Shouldn't it be logical to assume that there would be more calls offered than answered?
