Agent Login/Logout CLS?

Hi - I have an agent that is not producing results on the Login/Logout report in CCM. I do show this user on the Agent Performance report for the same day but not on the Login/Logout. Is there someone I need to do with that users agent build in CCM to have him show up?

What version are you running? Is this just one agent experiencing this issue? Is it possible they are never logging out?

No matter the version you do not need to do anything special for the Login/Logout report.
 
Just saw additional details in another forum. So, version is still needed. How long has this been happening?

If it was me I would:

1. Consider building this person a new agent to see if that resolves the issue.
2. Try a server restart.
3. If those do not resolve the issue I would open an Avaya ticket.

so the version is 6.0 (Build 06.00.004.06) Updates applied (CCMA_6.0_SU_08 and CCMA_6.0_SUS_0801). Old I know.

so this has been happening since he's been here - 3 months.

so restart the server?
 
Before you restart, I would delete the agent profile, deacquire his/her TN, delete the TN and rebuilt it all fresh.
 
You could try a that person at a different phone, to eliminate/prove the TN.
