Agent Login/Logout CLS?

Hi - I have an agent that is not producing results on the Login/Logout report in CCM. I do show this user on the Agent Performance report for the same day but not on the Login/Logout. Is there someone I need to do with that users agent build in CCM to have him show up?

BTW - the other 253 users show up on the Login/Logout...just not this 1 user

Did the agent do anything in the Agent Performance report? If they were in Not Ready for the entire period then I'm pretty sure they won't show up in the Login/Logout report for that same period because their status didn't change.

good point - but no...the agent perf does show NR time with Waiting Time and he does logout every day. weird?
