I would like to have a new ACD-Q have agent id Login. - When I set the SCB I srew up the M/Mail Q. ( it RNA's ) - I know I have had agent ID on ACD-Q's without affecting the auto answer of the M/Mail ACD-Q. on other sites but hve no access to download info. - Any help would be appreciated
