Agent log-in option is not showing in Avaya 1150e phone

Agent id log-in option is not showing in 1150e ip phones and we are using here 1150E phone, CS1k , AACC, Session manager.
we also received the this error LLDPDU not received, Please help on this
 
Assuming that the IP set is registered, then check in AACC or via printing out the TN that the extension has been acquired.

IP Set is registered and TN also acquired in AACC, I deleted the TN and copied from working TN and also configure again and acquired aging in AACC. I have 2 IP phones 1150e.
Both firmware version is same. In one phone both TN is working fine and showing option to log-in agent option.
But when i am trying to another phone not showing option to log-in there.
both are 1150e phones
creation of years are different
we also received LLDPDU error which phone not showing agent log-in option is there
 
My first thoughts would be to check the IP set programming with a working one in case one set is set differently to the other. Also check the TN's against the set and a working one in case you have one set with a different configuration.

Assuming that is OK, then perhaps try using a different virtual port for the set and a different Agent DN.

the LLDPDU is probably a red herring, do you even use it? The phones that are not giving an error probably just have it disabled.

Are you on the agent license limit in the AACC?

When you print the TNB of the set you see it acquired something like:

AACS YES
ACQ AS: TN,AST-DN,AST-POSID
ASID 16
SFNB 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 15 16 17 18 19 21 22 23 24 25 26 28 29 31 33 34 35 36 37
SFRB 1 2 15
USFB 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 9 10 11 12 13 14 15
CALB 0 1 3 4 5 6 8 9 10 11 12

If its just AACC you will just show the TN acquired "ACQ AS: TN" and "AACS YES" my example has Voice Recording for key 0 & 1 which shows the DN and ACD Position acquired also.

Check headset connection often can be the cause of no login if ACD Group is set to "HOML YES
