agent last name change

Hi we have an agent who changed her last name and wants it changed on symposium and in web client. Do I have to change the last name everywhere? It is in the skillsets, cdn's, scripting, master script..etc Or do I just change it on her user profile? Thanks

Just update the last name in the Contact Center Management....
