Hi
IP extension can't be used as ACD agent by mean of the use of command ACGMI; you can't initiate ADN's on IP extension, and MD works only with ADN for ACD.
If you want to use a IP extension as answering position for call dsitribution, then you must have a Solidus Ecare installed.
