Agent Installation

When trying to push the agent to a new computer (EPO 2.5) I get the following message in Server Events.

The Service Control Manager was locked for xxxxx(username)

and then

Push Agent Installation to xxxxx(username) failed.

Has anyone see these errors and how can I get it to push the agent successfully. This problem just started recently.

just watch that you supplied the appropiate credentials (ones with rights to install software in the workstation) when you pushed the agent installation package

The right credentials were supplied. Same ones being used without problem until about a month ago.

for more information on the error, you can check the "server.txt" or the (more extensive) "server_backup.txt"
those files are located in
%Systemdrive%\%program files%\network associates\epo\3

(if you have epo 3, it´s 3.0.1 if you have epo 3.01
