Is there a way to see the Agent ID's that are logged in and what TN they are logged into through the PBX?

I do not believe thru the PBX, but off a SPID maybe?? Can't remember, no Symposium??

We have an old third party(Avotus) call center app. I think we can get it there but was asked about the PBX. It's got to come from the pbx and be sent to the call center apps.

You can see if a phone itself is logged in, but I dont dont think you can tell what agent is logged into which phone.
