agent id no greyed out

when i look at an agents details in management the agent id is showing greyed out on 1 agent others are fine any ideas

Can I assume that it is Symp V5. I believe that if the agent ID is greyed out, that denotes the agent is logged in at the time so the properties cannot be changed. I'm working from memory so I could be wrong.
