agent id and ia770

we aare using cm 5.0 and call center

we meet the problem agent Id assign coverage path to IA770 when 3 rings later the IA770 didn't answer the call.
IA 770 is normal when office station use.

Anyone know what wrong ?

many many things could be wrong

but at a first guess, the agent ID range isn't configured in the public/private numbering tables

However, I'd query why you want agent calls to be answered by voicemail!

The setting is add to public/private number table , I have try when the agent id trun to extension number , the voice mail can answer the call.
