Agent Groups

Is this possible?
Agents log on and are automatically signed into all groups.
They can no longer sign themselves out of any group.
The system can still sign them out and they can sign back in.

I have taken a look in Profiles - Privilages and nothing jumps out.
The only place it seems possible is in Agent Group - Telephony - Sign Off Prevention, but will this affect anything else?
