The company I work for has a Mitel 3300 and uses CCM for its Call Center reporting. I built a new queue and Agent Group, tested the queue to make sure it works correctly (it does), and updated YourSite Explorer (several times).
The queue data transferred properly but the Agent Group doesn't appear in YourSite Explorer and I've reached the limit of what I know to look for in troubleshooting this. I'm looking for suggestions on how I should proceed.
