Hey everyone- any ideas on this one would be awesome. We had an option81 Rls 4.0 with a standard agent greeting card. Recently we had to add more licenses so we had to purchase another agent greeting card. We purchased an Media Card (MC32) since Nortel no longer sells the standard agent greeting card. The agent greeting software now runs on the MC32 card rather than the standard agent greeting card. we actually also replced the other agent greeting card so their are now 2 MC32 cards in the PBX.
Since the upgrade,we have had nothing but problems with the MC32 cards. Ports lock up and agent greeting recordings cannot be accessed. Nortel lacks expertise on agent greeting in general. I have a feeling it's a hardware problem- The MC32 cards running agent greeting software is a fairly new config. Nortel is suggesting it may be software corruption. Anyone have experience using MC32 cards for agent greeting? If so, please let me know your take. Thanks.
