Agent greeting Card Compact Flash

Good Morning, Does anyone know if the Compact Flash for an Agent Greeting Card can be bought off the shelf rather than buying the pre-loaded Nortel one? If so, will any size card work? Customer wants to keep some spares on hand but wants to go a cheaper route if it is possible.

Any card should work, you will probadly have to test it though, just to make sure. There are two flash cards on the Agent Greeting Card. If its the one that contains all the voice records, you could carry out a backup. Move the backup on a file server on your network. Place the new card in the Agent Greeting card and the restore the Backup of the voice recording to the new card, see if it works.
