We have ACD phones in our main office (in NY) connected to our OPT 81C (in CA) via a 9150 card. We have Agent Greeting installed and working perfectly in our CA office. We just received a request to have our NY agents start using A.G. My question is should the Agent Greeting play when agents in our NY receive a call. To test it we have logged in as a NY agent in CA and the greeting plays as it should, but when the agent in NY loggs in and a call is presented the greeting does not play.
