Hi,
We are facing the issue in Solidus 7.0 SP3, for the duraion of about 1 and half hour ,when we have checked in CDR and found that Calls are going to one particular user and every time status is Agent force not ready -busy.
Now strange thing is that when we have checked in the RM and found that no calls are showing. Means no offered,no abandoned.nothing.
Do you have any idea why this happend.
We have checked the solidus logs and found that :
[I0]OAS=ESEMXSSC01,CSTA_UNIVERSAL_FAILURE_CONF,InvokeID=19426,Failure reason=GENERIC_SYSTEM_RESOURCE_AVAILABILITY
