Agent force not ready-busy 2

Hi,

We are facing the issue in Solidus 7.0 SP3, for the duraion of about 1 and half hour ,when we have checked in CDR and found that Calls are going to one particular user and every time status is Agent force not ready -busy.

Now strange thing is that when we have checked in the RM and found that no calls are showing. Means no offered,no abandoned.nothing.

Do you have any idea why this happend.

We have checked the solidus logs and found that :

[I0]OAS=ESEMXSSC01,CSTA_UNIVERSAL_FAILURE_CONF,InvokeID=19426,Failure reason=GENERIC_SYSTEM_RESOURCE_AVAILABILITY

 
You should apply the latest service pack to resolve the issue with OAS, likely to be NRM fault, SP3 is a low SP,

Hard to tell. Can be a switch issue or OAS issue.
Always make sure you are running latest version of MX-ONE and SEC.
Before upgrading, check with your Mitel provider that the switch is compatible or not...
