Agent for MS Exchange - Configuration Error

I am trying to re-install the Advanced Edition Backup Agent for MS Exchange and at the Configuration stage it replies that "Failed to read Exchange server name from registry". I have already created the service account and given the appropriate priveledges. Previously, the Backup Agent RPC Server Service would stop and my Brick Level backups crashed. I removed the agent to reinstall and now I am receiving this message. Any suggestions?
