Agent for Exchange v12.5 help

Hi,

Please could someone shed some light?

Using r12.5 Backup with 12.5 Exchange Agent, was working fine, now for some reason can only see the Public Folders.

The Document Level of Exchange shows the First Storage Group, you can click on that and it shows the Mailbox Database, but it is empty, none of the user's mailboxes show.

I have restarted services and servers, checked Agent Options and user security but to no avail.

The less said about CA support line the better.

enable debug for the agent, reproduce the problem, and ck the log for details. debug instructions are at the back of the agent manual.
