Agent Error -- (366)

Running Arcserve 2k w/SP3 on NT 4. Has any one seen this error before. It only happens to this particular folder everytime I try to backup the brick level. It seems to backup the other public folders just fine. What could be the problem?

E8602 Failed to read from database. (DBNAME=\Public Folders\Sales/Marketing Department\Team Project\, EC=Backup Agent Error -- (366) "Failed to open a folder".)

Make sure you have applied the specific rights to the folder for the mailbox your using.

The administrators has full rights to this folder. Any other suggestions?

99.99% sure it's a rights issue. Who created the folder? Make sure they don't have amins in a denied group.

It is a rights issue. You'll just have to check it out and find out exactly where the problem is.
