I have installed AVAYA Aura Contact Center 6.0 I believe this is basically CC7. I needed to delete an agent and his agent ID was referenced in a script so it said no. Fine - but then the agent disappeared from the users screen on CCMA and I cannot now do anything delete/change/recreate. The latest patch is on the Server and I was hoping perhaps someone else came accross this issue.
