Agent Diplay Desktop Questions (ADD) ????

Hello there,

I have Contact Center 6.0 and want to make the Agent Display Desktop (ADD) works for the agents. Here is my questions:
* how do you make it beeps and bliking when there is a call waiting? In the server under the statistics configuration of calls waiting I set it beep and blink between lever 1 and 2 under GREEN level. When I try to call to the queue I see call in wating mode but I do not hear beeping sound and blinking from my desktop. Not sure how this works. Can you help?
 
You need to create a skillset threshold class that has thresholds defined for the data element (calls waiting). You need to assign the threshold class to the appropriate skillset(s). Then make sure the PC has a speaker (many do not anymore) and that it is audible (many times agents turn the volume down).
