Agent Desktop going on "Not Ready" automatically

Hello,

ACCS Agent Desktop Being forced into "Not Ready" state once there are calls queued to agents' skillset.

If no calls, Agent desktop does not automatically go on Not ready.

Please what can i do to resolve this issue?
