This problem just started today, when the agents try to get into the ADD the only thing that they see is

Logging in to Contact Center Manager Administration server
'SYMWEB' please wait

When I try this directly from the server it works. Any suggesting? I'm running CC6.0
 
When I've encountered that problem it's either been a multicast issue, or else there were no active skillsets engaged (skillsets the logging-in agents could see...if that makes sense).
