Agent Desktop Display

CCM 6.0
Came in on Monday and the realtime display was locked up. Agent desktop display did not work either. Reset server and realtime came up no problem but the agent desktop display didn't. I still get an error stating the server couldn't log you on....... Any suggestions?

is somebody playing with Multicast setting on the network?

I can get the real time display from the pc's in multicast. I also was using the multicast trace tool and I'm seeing the data. This is driving me crazy.

Well it came back up and only 29 hours after the reboot! No changes made just came back. Any insight would be appreciated.
