We have a Co-Res installation and when we try to bring up ADD we get an error stating, Cannot get the version of Symposium Desktop Display on Applications server IP (address) (WSDLReader :XML Parser failed at linenumber 0, lineposition 0, reason is; The system cannot locate the object specified. We have the correct IP address in both the Aplication server IP, and Symposium Call Center server IP, as the are the same IP. Anybody have any Ideas?
