Agent desktop display error

Have installed the SOAP and the ADD
Agents get block variable error when try to open desktop icon. Have tried uninstalling and installing with same results.
Believe it might be registry problem but does anyone know what registry entry or have any other suggestions?

Unless I am off with my release levels.

Am I correct to say that ADD works with RDS and not SOAP.

I have not been keeping up with latest release levels.

Hello,

did you check your add.ini for correct Ip for your two servers ?
Are you on Multicast on your Lan, (need to for ADD) ?
Is the correct Multi cast Ip server described in Sympo Agent Display Config param (on SWC server) ?

What is your error ? Before of after tring to connect with a Agent ID ?
