I'm using Contact Center 6.0 and attempting to load the client. I get the error message "Application has generated an exception that could not be handled" and the program doesn't load. I have tried to install on both XP sp3 and Windows 7 with the same results. HELP!!...
 
What client? The Server Utility? Or the CCMA main admin application (which is a 2003 server application)?
 
You mean the Contact Center Agent Desktop? - not the Contact Center MAanager. That explains it.

Since the CCAD has to be installed locally on the agents PC's there might be a lot of reasons why installation fails.

I will not try to answer - but there must be someone out there who can - we need a technician with knowledge of your IT-network here.
 
Turns out that CCAd currently will only run under WinXP SP/2....once I downgrade the PC I used for this app...it worked!
